- One-Piece Mason Jar Sprouting Lids - fits wide mouth mason jars (Ball, Kerr, Golden Harvest, Anchor Hocking, Bernardin and Kilner), from half a pint (8 oz) to half a gallon (64 oz). Wide mouth mason jars have an outer diameter of 3 3/8". Perfect Size of Draining Holes (1mm x 1mm) - allow to grow large beans or small seeds (e.g. alfalfa & broccoli sprouts).
